The store sells cosmetic products for face, body, and hair via an online platform to customers located in the United Kingdom.

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Seller is not the manufacturer of the Products. All cosmetic products sold in the Store are original and sourced from authorised manufacturers or distributors. The Seller acts solely as a retailer and is not responsible for the manufacturing process of the Products.

2.      Definitions

·       Seller – SHOPONLINEB LTD

·       Customer – a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession

·       Store – the Seller’s online store

·       Products – cosmetic products for face, body, and hair available in the Store

3.      Placing Orders

1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the online store.
2. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:00 PM (UK time) are usually dispatched the same working day. 
3. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
4. Order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.

4.      Prices and Payment

1. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
2. The Seller accepts payments via available online payment methods displayed at checkout.
3. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.
4. Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed.

5.      Delivery

1. Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only.
2. Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
3. Standard delivery time is 1–2 working days from the date of dispatch.
4. Once the order has been dispatched, the tracking number is provided and updated in the Customer’s account on the Store website.
5. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service provider.

6.      Right to Cancel and Returns

1. Customers have the right to cancel the contract and return the goods within 14 days from the day they receive the order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2. To exercise the right of cancellation, the Customer must notify the Seller by email before the 14-day period expires.
3. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
4. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or incorrect.
5. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
6. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
7. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the returned goods are received by the Seller or from the date of cancellation confirmation, whichever occurs first.

7.      Complaints and Faulty Products

1. If a product is faulty or not as described, the Customer has rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Complaints should be submitted by email, including order details and a description of the issue.
3. The Seller will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8.      Personal Data

1. Personal data is processed in accordance with UK data protection laws.
2. Customer data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service.
3. Detailed information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

9.      Liability

1. The Seller is not liable for misuse of cosmetic products contrary to their intended purpose.
2. Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists and ensuring products are suitable for their personal use, including allergies or sensitivities.
3. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.
4. All cosmetic products sold in the Store comply with the UK Cosmetics Regulation and applicable safety, labelling, and consumer protection requirements in force in the United Kingdom.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Final Provisions

1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
2. The version applicable at the time of order placement applies to the contract.
3. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication.
